To chief manager of Phuket Island view hotel

To hoom it may concern

This is inform You, that our family, me and my wife and our  child (4 years old), booked and staid in yuor hotel fm 31.10.2017 till 15.11.2017, and we have the next troubles during our staing for first four days: 

The staff personall, namely a chief waiter (I don't know exactly name, Vile, she has not babge-name card on uniform), is not so kined with us and especially with our child, and other guests, she has so strange behavior and very rought with us and guest every morning.

As You know, we have a time zone difference a 4 (four) hours between Moscow and Thailand, and our child can not to have a breakfast fm 06.30 till 10.00 of local time. On 04.11.2017 we explaied the problem and asked twise the manager of messroom ( name Matew) to allow us to have to go the breakfast for kid and he tolled us it  is possible for all rest period in hotel. On 05.11.2017 when we tried to leave the restraunt a chief waiter took off a kids breakfast and was so rough with us,scremed and starnge smiled on child, we was so surprised and dissopoint of it situation..our child was feared and terrord by her behavior.

After that we tried to take a some helpfull assistant and comments on receiption, and to find a duty chief manager of hotel, but we did'n'f have a possitive result. After we called our tour hide Irina and tolled about our problem.

Also I asked yuo to pay your attention that not all staff personell has a badge with name on uniform in hotel.

And please be note we booked and paid money for room villa and breakfast for all persons include our kids.

Please take some actions and explain your staff personall to assist and help your guests and especially to be very kined with kids and childrens.

We visited many countries and hotels and we have first time so negotive attitude towards people from some staff personall in restraunt.
