Medina Solaria & Thalasso 5*

I've just come back home after a super holiday in this hotel. It was absolutely amazing! I didn't want to leave and the last day of my stay was a bit sad.

1. Reception. Excellent. The stuff is always friendly and smiling, always ready to help. The service is very quick so we didn't need to wait.

2. The room. Excellent. The room was pretty spacious. A TV set (which we didn't watch), a fridge, a table and a chair, large beds. Everything functioned in the room and we didn't have any problems. The cleaning was good every day. Every day they changed towels too. Sometimes we found flowers or little sweets on our beds. That was nice). We had a balcony and could see another hotel and a piece of the sea from it. First I wanted to change the room cause when we arrived it was very noisy cause of the animation from another hotel, but the receptionist told us it finishes at 11 p.m so we agreed to stay and didn't regret, because we didn't come back to our room before 11 p.m anyway so the noise and music didn't disturb us.

3. The lobby bar. Excellent. A wide choice of alcohol and non-alcohol cocktails and other beverages. We didn't have any problems or difficulties in ordering. The service was very quick. Always happy, smiling, professional stuff. They remember your name, always ask how you are and are always in a good mood though they do hard work and get tired. Working with Russians is hard)) Guys, my respect to all of you)) I already miss you very much))

4. The food, the waiters, the Chef and the whole team. Absolutely stunning! Lot of seafood, various vegetables, fruit, icecream for lunch and dinner. Different types of meat, divine hormone-free chicken, ice-cream cake. Everything is of good quality and very tasty though it can differ from what you used to eat. My mom and I were always happy and satisfied with the food.Very quick service. Always smiling waiters. We always had a good table and quick service. If something finishes, just be patient and wait a bit. And smiiiile)) Waiters are also people. The guys do their best to please you. The Chef is a cutie)) Twice a day (lunch and dinner) he walks along the tables and asks visitors if everything is good, if they like the food and so on. We had "an extra all inclusive" option so we had little presents from our Chef. lol. Chef, thank you for wonderful fruit! They were amazing. The restaurant team, guys, I miss you all))

5. The beach. Excellent. No problems with places, you can always find one for yourself. A charming and smiling lifeguard (not the option for everyone. lol. only if you smile and only if you are polite lol. we were lucky.lol)) will help you to take deckchairs to the place. smile to people and respect them and you'll have it all back))The sea wasn't calm all the time. But it was ok to ride the waves once)) Sometimes the sea wasn't very clean because of storms and on those days we went further along the shore to other hotels' beaches where the water was clean. It wasn't a problem for us. They were nice walks along the shore. Local people who work on the beach can tell you where the water is cleaner. You can swim wherever you want actually. You can't take a place and sunbathe outside your hotel's beach, but to swim is not forbidden.

6. Animation. Excellent. Great team! We didn't take maximum from the animation, but the shows we saw and participated in were a real fun. The whole team is very friendly, always smiling and joking guys with good memory)) They remember almost all names and where you come from. Guys, my heart is with you forever)) I miss you all.

I don't know what to add. You, guys, made my holiday! My mom and I are very happy we've chosen your hotel for our stay in Yasmin-Hammamet. And we hope to come back) Miss you and love you all. I have a couple of words for Russians too))):

Русскоговорящие посетители отеля (относится не ко всем, но ко многим), пока вы будете относится к другим по-свински и без уважения, вы всегда будете недовольны. Перед тем, как ехать в какую-то страну (в любую), поинтересуйтесь обычаями, выучите пару слов на их языке, не можете выучить пары слов - хотя бы просто улыбайтесь (вот честное слово, больше всего напрягали кислые и недовольные мины русскоговорящих посетителей и их жалобы на непонятно что), почитайте про кухню. Отель не обязан подавать вам блюда, к которым вы привыкли дома, обслуживать вас в первую очередь, если вы хамите, улыбаться в ответ на ваше хамское поведение. Проявляйте уважение к персоналу и улыбайтесь. И будет вам счастье)

Хочется высказать отдельное "фи" туроператору "Пегас-туристик" за то, что была "украдена" одна ночь путевки. Все остальное было прекрасно.
