Хуже не бывает!!!!
Отель носит 4 звезды, не могу понять, кто их ДАЛ. Мы заехали 24.01.18 в 10.00, при 90% свободных номеров мы ждали заселения до 14.00.
Грязь везде!!!! Воды горячей нет, полотенца в номере грязные, заменили опять на грязные. Постельное белье тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Первую и последнюю ночь спали в одежде. Утром 25.01.18 вызвали гида и настоятельно попросили организовать нам переезд в другой отель. Да, с доплатой, но переехало 9!!! человек.
Один плюс-это практическое отсутствие туристов, и поэтому интернет там летал.
Питание скудное, и мясное (только одно) и то порционное. В общем, все негативные отзывы-это правда, а не придирки привередливых туристов. ВСЁ ВЫКЛЮЧЕНО. Никому этот отель не рекомендую...

We appreciate your comments and evaluation. But some your points need to be explained. Due to international hotel rules check in time at 14:00, if we have available clean room we will give it for you earlier as a courtesy from the hotel but it is not obligatory for us. And at that time we were fully booked, not 90% free as you mentioned.
Regarding your comments about meat item by pieces we would like to inform you that no one will stop you to take more. Your feedback about food variety we will take in consideration.
We respect your opinion to change the hotel but we have a lot of guest who spent vacation with us and went home completely satisfied. And also we have a lot of guest who spent with us more than one time.
We will be happy to welcome you once more in our sunny royal naama bay resort. it means the world to us to have you here.
