Kumudu Valley Resort 2*

The place is wonderful. We lived near river and not too far from ocean. The stuff is quite friendly and tried to help if we needed it. But the condition of the hotel is terrible. This applies to repairs, furniture, bathroom, air conditioning, television and the Internet. Moreover, dirty enough on the tables in the restaurant and in the rooms. The price in the restaurant is too high. And unfortunately, my family and I had bad experience with the staff. First of all, we didn't get a New Year' dinner which was included in the ticket. Secondly, once the local people at this restaurant celebrated something and they had a buffet. So, we came to have a dinner. We wanted to oder simple things that we usually did. But the staff persuaded us to eat the same food as a guests to tell us it would be tasty and cheap. We ate some food, but the price was unexpectable. It was higher if we had meat. It was bigger then usual price in three times. But we had only rice))) it waa unpleasant moment which spoiled our mood. We paid this bill, but we were cheated. This feelings didn't leave us. It seems to me that they wanted to make a profit, but to do nothing. Concerning TV, it woked only when the local guests of the wedding came. After their departure the antenna of the TV turned off and TV stopped work at all.
