Gran Palas 5*

Closer to a 3* hotel than a 5*. Problems with ventilation in the rooms - very noisy. Audibility in the rooms is poor. Food is the same every day. Poor choice. The internet is ok only by the reception. You've got to wait in the line just about everywhere - restaurant, reception, spa. And it is not because there are a lot of people, just the organization of the work is very bad. Outside Pools are very dirty. Couldn't swim there. The spa is ok. The only place that actually works fine. The stuff is very different, most are not that helpful. The big round pool and small nearby are closed for no reason. The mini club is a joke, kids dont go there. A very disappointing stay. Do not recommend.
