Recently we have visited this nice hotel! Our opinion - super, bravo, wow!!!

We have very warm memories and received only good vibes from Menaville hotel!

100% that we will recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!

Important to say that all employees of the hotel are vaccinated with AstraZeneca vaccine. That means that Menaville hotel is safe for tourists.

First of all, I would like to mention a person who have done our vacation really perfect - it is Mr. Mahmoud Al Gaied (Room Division Manager). Thank you for your high professionalism and readiness to help in any important issue without any delay ! You are a real Manager from the capital letter! Many thanks to You!!! :)

Also we want to say words of thanks to Mr. Yesser (Reception)! You helped us a lot! We appreciate your hospitality and positive attitude! You always did impossible things - possible! Great job! :)

Other employees of reception demonstrated their professionalism too. Thanks to everybody!

Important to mention employees from the restaurant - I must admit, the quality of food is much better than in some 5* hotels! And all inclusive is a true all inclusive, guys!

You can take all dishes to your plate by yourself (we like it very much!) - in the food zone usually is a man that control hygiene in the restaurant;

You do not wait how many pieces decide to put you a worker from the kitchen. It is cool considering another situation in many other Hurghada or Safaga hotels - where all inclusive in fact is a poor buffet after Corona situation ...

So, in Menaville hotel we put the highest score for the dishes and the work of the restaurant!!!

Greetings to Chef Mahmoud and Chef Khalidi! Thank you for yummy: first, second courses, and very tasty, unusual, magical and awesome desserts! Bravo!

Many thanks to Mr. Shaaban! It was very pleasant that you always were attentive to our requests and wishes , had a noble attitude to all guests and shared your positive energy and kindness to everybody every time! You are an excellent and experienced professional!

We say thank you to Mr. Atef (the person that always will say you smth pleasant to improve your mood and inner state and ready to assist you in any situation), Mr. Abdo (very attentive person who always ready to help you), Mr. Jaber (a smiling person who try to do his best performing your order) !

I want to add that all waiters in the restaurant are very polite, attentive and ready rapidly to perform your order! You just lift your eyes and the waiter already will be near to you! Magic? No, it is just a super worthy Menaville hotel, baby ;) :)

Important to mention the employee of beach bar - Mr. Adel Attia - he is a very cool barmen. This man always remember preferences of every guest (beverages) and when he worked never we had a queue in the bar - everything worked like clockwork ! Thank you, Adel - great job!

Many thanks to beach worker Mr. Mohamed who every day is on the beach, helped when it was necessary and was very friendly and polite to all tourists of the hotel.

Our greetings to the hotel Doctor - Mr. Hasan (thank you for your help and advices)!

Important thing - in the hotel 24/7 is available help of the Doctor. Not every hotel can provide such a high level of service and hotel guests protection. In Menaville you always feel yourself safe, knowing that in any urgent situation or just a small weakness you can get a professional consultation and moral support of the Doctor - Mr. Hasan. Great professional!

Our greetings to the bellman - Mr. Ahmed. You always did all possible to help us. Thank you for politeness, unobtrusiveness, attentiveness, positive and kind attitude to all tourists in the hotel.

Our good words about housekeeper Saied. He is a very diligent housekeeper. And modest.

We liked his job best of all among housekeepers. Thank you, Saied!

We want to say positive words about housekeeper Khalid who made nice swans and other figures from towels. It was really cool and brightly!

Our good words about the animator Ahmed (Squalo animation team). He is a very positive, friendly and sociable person! Ahmed organized very interesting show time every evening! We enjoyed it so much! Thank you, Ahmed!

An animator will not insist you to join any activity if you do not want it just now. But if you will have a wish to do stretching, belly dance, to play darts, to play botcha, to play volleyball, to play bingo - you are most welcome and the animator will support you at any stage of the game - helping you and giving useful advices. In time of our staying in the hotel worked only 1 animator - Ahmed. But guests never feel themselves dull or unhappy. On the beach always very nice qualitive relax or light dance music and also if you feel yourself lonely you can talk with animator to any topic in your language (it is cool!)

We were in Egypt many times - I tell sincerely if you look for chillout and active time spending in balance, relaxing, special, calm and unforgettable vacation (without loud disco and crowded beach in the hotel) - you should come here and you will feel the same good vibes we felt here! Just buy tour and come to the Menaville Resort!

Our opinion - the hotel really worth its money and all staff is very professional and friendly!
