This hotel has left a bad mark on the soul. I will never go to this hotel on Koh Lanta. 1) It is not worth the money that they ask for accommodation: the bed linen and towels are gray, the breakfasts are monotonous, they give the same thing every day (from hot Thai rice, which no one eats), the assortment is very meager. One day I took chopped cabbage and carrots, put the dressing on, it turned sour, Iate it in vain, then I had poisoning a couple of hours later. The dishes in the dining room are not closed, flying insects land on the food. The hotel is inferior to the services of hotels in Pattaya and Phuket in everything. There are sun beds by the pool, but they are sorely lacking for everyone, at most 15. Disrespect to the guests who would like to use it, but cannot. There is no sea in front of the hotel, just rocks. The view is very deplorable. There are fishing boats nearby, often garbage from that side floated in the sea. 2) During my vacation, it was my birthday on March 13, but unlike other hotels, the hotel did not even congratulate me verbally, not that it made a compliment in the form of a flower, sliced fruit or a cake) When I asked at the reception if the hotel was paying a compliment, they said no. Here is another unpleasant moment. I came to Koh Lanta alone for family reasons and I was very sad that day. And the hotel didn't even congratulate you. But God is their judge! 3) But the rudest thing was the following: my booking was from March 9 to March 22, 2024. I arrived at the hotel closer to the night of March 9th, on March 10th I came for breakfast. A canteen worker came up to me and asked me to sign some paper. She just fraudulently got my signature. I signed it without reading it, thinking that it was necessary to do so in order to have breakfast at the hotel. In the evening, before leaving the hotel, the manager from the reception knocked on my door and said that I owed the hotel 200 baht for breakfast on March 10. But for what? I have paid for breakfast from March 10 to 22. And until I told them to call the police, the canteen staff insisted on their own. The girl who cheated on me didn't apologize. BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS HOTEL, THINK ABOUT IT! There are many soulful places to stay!
