Spice Hotel & SPA 5*

We recently spent 7 days at hotel renaissance. We have no complaints. Every single member of staff worked really hard, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel.

When we wanted to go out of the hotel, there was Belek Center 20 minutes away. You can shop and eat there. It's also fun to walk in the evening.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding, the waiters were friendly. The beach was close to the hotel, we couldn't go there because it was winter season, I hope we can come again in the summer and go there. Our daughter danced at the mini disco, did face painting, played games and it was fun. We enjoyed the evenings when our daughter spent time with the animation team and we hung out in the lobby for a while, there was live music.

They had guest relations, we usually went to them or called them to ask questions. They took care of us, they were trying to please us and I liked this. Every personal knew the language and we did not have any difficulties. I would like to thank them here for their help.

There was nothing missing in our room, we were pleased with the cleanliness.

We wanted to go to the spa, but we gave up because it was paid. There is an indoor pool in the spa. We used to go there and swim in the afternoons. Even though it was winter season, it was nice, at least the pool was big))).

The hotel is a relaxing, family hotel-like, pleasant and nice stay, we would be happy to recommend it to anyone who wants to come.
